  • Page 2: Fitting The Handle

    Thank you for purchasing the Numatic Specialised Engineering Separator Swarf Vacuum, the product has been designed specifically to cater for the removal of swarf particlulates and coolant combined. The swarf / coolant is drawn into the machine via the cyclonic entrance and once inside falls into a collection basket where the coolant will drain through into the bottom drum assembly.

    Assembling the vacuum Assemble the wand, floor tool and hose. Fit the reducer / adaptor to the cyclonic inlet and connect the suction hose. Drainage hose 10 metre hose. Open. Closed. Storage of DH / PH hose. DH / PH hose closure. Connection of AP hose.

    PH / AP machine - Connect powered pump Located on the rear is the power lead from the pump, connect the lead into socket on the top of the machine. Operating the vacuum DH version (Dump Hose). Once plugged in to the power supply proceed to turn on the blue switch fitted to the handle of the head assembly (this activates the vac motor).

  • Page 7 Remove the three toggles that hold the plastic adaptor in place and remove. part No 0000-19 Lift out the swarf catchment basket using the bucket handle fitted to the top rim and empty. Please take care when lifting the basket as it may be heavy.
