    4.0 Installation System Overview The Chirp 3212 is a “black box” Echosounder that interfaces to any Windows-based PC to allow the user to control all system parameters, manage peripherals, record entire echogram data, as well as internal and external data logging. The communications link from the Chirp 3212 to the PC is via USB (full speed 2.0).
