- Page 2 Please read completely before unpacking the press. Unpacking of crate: Use a pry bar and hammer to remove the top and long side panel. Now the heat press can be lifted out using a forklift. If a forklift is not available, remove all sides and use four people to lift the heat press off one side at a time.
- Page 3 *If heat press is going into a stationary spot, locate the 4 adjustable legs and install now while the press is raised and has clearance for installation of legs on the frame. Be mindful of air lines and wires in the mounting holes.

- Page 13 Step 8: route chain *chain path Loosen idler sprocket and raise to tighten chain tension. *Note: the square black waste paper bar will go on the chain driven side and the round black transfer paper bar goes on the free spinning upper side.
- Page 14 Install chain cover using the 4 10mm bolts Step 9: install table top and level the press 6-3cm 6mm bolts with washers. *note: tapered edge of beige table goes toward drum.
- Page 15 Level table with heat press by using the 4 adjustable legs on the press and the two on the table frame. This needs to be done to ensure that the media tacks straight and even heat on the drum. Step 10: plug in the air compressor to the 220v outlet on the back of the left cabinet and attach air line.
- Page 16 Step 11: attach power cable. The black and white leads will go into the main switch and the green (ground) will be mounted onto the bolt with the label “PE” in the left cabinet. There is a hole in the bottom of the cabinet to accept wiring.
- Page 17 Step 12: Attach basket for pieced goods. Slip the 2 chrome rods with notches into the outer edge loops and the hollow rod into the center loop. Hang on the hooks that are on the frame of the press and the legs of the table.
- Page 18 Final Step: After 3 hours of operation, the 2 adjustment relays can be installed into the 2 vacant spots shown in picture to activate the auto alignment for the belt. For more instructions on operation and start up, refer to the user’s manual.
