WARRANTY

YOUR RECEIPT SHOULD BE RETAINED BY YOU AT ALL TIMES FOR WARRANTY.
For Domestic Use:
36 months / 600 hours (whichever comes first) from date of original purchase when used
for personal or recreational purposes. (on purchases made on or after 01/06/2018)
For Commercial Use:
12 months / 600 hours (whichever comes first) from date of original purchase when used
for professional or commercial use. (on purchases made on or after 01/06/2018)
What Is Covered
Any failure that occurs within the duration of this warranty period which is the result of
defects of materials or workmanship.
What Is Not Covered
Any indirect or consequential damages that may result from the failure or malfunction of
the REDBACK product.
Any failure that results from an accident, consumer's abuse, neglect or failure to operate
the product in accordance with the instructions and maintenance schedule provided by
REDBACK.
Pre-delivery set up, adding oil, connecting battery etc.
Normal adjustments e.g. Idle speed adjustments.
Any component not sold or manufactured by REDBACK.
All consumables such as, wheels, spark plugs, filters, fuel lines, clamps, batteries, starter
ropes, lubricants and periodic tune up services.
Responsibilities of Warrantor Under This Warranty
Repair or replace components which have failed within the duration of the applicable
warranty period provided the maintenance schedule has been adhered to and servicing
has been conducted by an approved service agent with log book entries and or receipts
as proof of work.
