7.3 TROUBLESHOOTING

If an error code occurs, the display will show the error code and will flicker at the same time. See the detailed definition shown in the table below.
The error code interface can only disappear when the error code is solved. The rider should stop riding immediately if an error code occurs.
Error code Error definition
03 Brakes enabled
08 Error with motor effect sensor
10 The motor temperature has reached the max protection value
12 Error with the current sensor in the controller
13 Error with the temperature sensor in the battery
21 Error with the wheel speedsensor
22 BMS communication error
25 Torque sensor signal error
30 Communication error
Solution
Check if a brake cable is stuck
Have your dealer check the system
Stop using the electric assistance for a moment so the system
can cool down
