A eight hex number for server to identify different

Device SIM A eleven decimal number for server to identify

Notice
Device ID is used in TCP mode.
Please make it sure that the number
is different from DTU to DTU.
Mobile number is used in UDP
mode.
It is not necessarily to set mobile
number as same as SIM card
number.
