Chapter 1 Introduction The SharpMedia™ Platform is an integrated solution that consists of a Carrier grade 2U server and SharpMedia™ PCIE-8120 acceleration cards. Chapter 3 Software Initialization This chapter explains the various modes of accessing a SharpMedia 2U server. The SharpMedia 2U server comes with pre-configured settings. You can access the SharpMedia 2U either through Ethernet mode or through Serial Console mode. Ethernet - 1G on-board server management port (eno1) labeled as 1 on the server, which is pre-configured with Static IP address, 192.168.0.100.
