Our products are subject to strict quality control measures and reflect the state
of the art.
If the product you bought is nevertheless defective, please contact your
authorised dealer.
Warranty will be brought into operation by the following circumstances:
1) Within the warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase, we shall
rectify any defects attributable to material or manufacturing faults. Warranty
shall be restricted to repair of the above defects or replacement of the
luminaire.
2) Drawing on the warranty shall not extend the warranty period. The warranty
period of 24 months from the date of purchase shall remain unaltered.
Claims shall be excluded in the following cases:
Improper handling or misuse, force majeure (fire etc.), non-observance of
instructions of use, application of force, adjustments and modifications to the
luminaire, or interference by unauthorised persons.
Repair service:
In case of defects not covered by the warranty provisions, we will charge you
for repair of your luminaire. Please contact your authorised dealer in this
respect.
