Check that the USB HDD device is:
connected properly.
Check if it is connected to the blue USB3 port indicated as "HDD REC".
turned on.
registered to the TV.
To register the USB HDD device to the TV, press the HOME button, then select [Settings] —
[Recording device setup] — [HDD registration].
Connecting the USB HDD device via a USB hub is not supported.
