SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Read the user manual carefully before first using your appliance. Moulinex may not
be held responsible for any use that does not comply with the operating
instructions.
• Check that your appliance's power supply rating corresponds to your mains electrical
supply. - Any error in connection negates the guarantee.
• Do not place or use the appliance on a hot plate or close to a flame (gas cooker).
• Only use the product on a flat, stable, heat-resistant work surface, away from water
splashes. Do not turn it upside down.
• Never remove the sealing cap before the blade has come to a complete stop.
• Always unplug the appliance:
* if there is an anomaly during operation,
* before cleaning or maintenance,
* after use.
• Never unplug the appliance by pulling on the cord.
• Only use an extension cord if you have already checked that it is in good working
order.
• A household appliance must not be used:
• if it has fallen to the ground,
• if the blade is damaged or incomplete.
• Handle the blades with care as the blades are extremely sharp.
• If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a Moulinex approved
service centre (see list attached) to avoid any hazard.
• The product has been designed for domestic use and should in no event be employed
for professional use. Any commercial use, inappropriate use or failure to comply
with the instructions, the manufacturer accepts no responsibility and the guarantee
will not apply. The product warranty will no longer apply in the event of professional
use and be unable to accept responsibility in the event of such use.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical,sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by
a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance
