Setting the CAM : Setting Memory

Selecting the Storage Type

Select the storage type(internal or external memory) before recording or
taking pictures.
1. Move [POWER/MODE Selector] down to turn on
the CAM.
◆ The Video Record screen appears.
2. Move [POWER/MODE Selector] down again to select
System Settings mode and press the [OK] button.
◆ The system is automatically converted into the
selected mode in two seconds even when the
[OK] button is not pressed.
◆ The System Settings menu appears.
3. Move the [W/T] button to select <Memory> and
press the [√] button.
◆ If a Memory Card is not inserted, you cannot
select 'External'.
4. Move the [W/T] button to select <Storage Type>
and press the [√] button.
5. Move the [W/T] button to select the desired
setting and press the [OK] button.
◆ Internal: The video, photo, mp3 file or voice file is
stored in internal memory.
◆ External: The video, photo, mp3 file or voice file
is stored in external memory.
(SD, MMC, Memory Stick or Memory Stick Pro).
Notes
✤ If you select [œ ] button in the menu, the previous
menu appears.
✤ If you insert a Memory Card when the CAM is on, the
memory type selection pop-up screen appears
automatically.
✤ If you selected the Storage type as 'External', the file
is copied to 'Internal' and vice versa.
✤ The maximum recording time and capacity and the
number of images is subject to change depending on
the media. (Refer to pages 30~31)

1. Baje el [Selector POWER/MODE] para encender
la CAM.
◆ Aparece la pantalla Video Record.
2. Baje el [Selector POWER/MODE] de nuevo hasta
seleccionar el modo System Settings
el botón [OK].
◆ El sistema cambia automáticamente al modo
seleccionado en dos segundos tras pulsar el
botón [OK].
◆ Aparece el menú System Settings.
3. Mueva el botón [W/T] hasta seleccionar
<Memory> y presione el botón [√].
◆ Si no insertó una tarjeta de memoria, no podrá
seleccionar 'External'.
4. Mueva el botón [W/T] hasta seleccionar <Storage
Type> y presione el botón [√].
5. Mueva el botón [W/T] hasta seleccionar el ajuste
que desea y presione el botón [OK].
◆ Internal: el archivo de vídeo, foto, mp3 o voz se
almacena en la memoria interna.
◆ External: el archivo de vídeo, foto, mp3 o voz se
almacena en la memoria externa.
(SD, MMC, Memory Stick o Memory Stick Pro).
Notas
✤ Si selecciona el botón [œ ] en el menú, aparece el
menú anterior.
✤ Si inserta la tarjeta de memoria con la CAM
encendida, aparece automáticamente la pantalla
emergente de selección del tipo de memoria.
✤ Si ha seleccionado el tipo de almacenamiento
External, el archivo se copia en Internal y viceversa.
✤ El tiempo y la capacidad de grabación máximo el
número de imagen está sujeto a cambio dependiendo
del soporte. (Consulte las páginas 30~31.)
