To assemble the Wheels (20):
a.
Insert one Axle (22) into the Wheel
Shaft Opening under the Main Body
(23).
b.
Align the small hole on the side of
the Axle with the hole in the side of
the Wheel Shaft.
c.
Insert the Support Leg Pin (28).
d.
Secure the Support Leg Pin with the
Support Leg Clip (27).
