Mounting of Abrasive belt
• Important: Band change with the engine off.
• Pull back the T-lever
• Put belt on PIPE SNIPER
• release T-lever to tensioning the belt
Tip: First run the new sanding belt without touching
Tip: First run the new sanding belt without touching
the pipe, then adjust to desired enclosure!
Checking of belt
• switch on machine and verify the belt drive
Tip: Set speed to „A"!
• If the belt runs not exactly on roller switch off the
machine. Sanding belt needs to be adjusted.
Sanding belt adjustment
•
he top contact wheel needs to be turned a little with wrench
(SW 16) at the same time loosen the black clamping lever slightly
•
Align the lever parallel to the arm
•
Correct adjustment: belt must run exactly on the roll.
When changing belts adjust again if necessary.
• Important: Align the machine to the workpiece at a 90 ° angle to optimally adjust
the belt. If the belt runs not exactly on the roll under load this deviation must
be considered when adjusting.
