Commission through the R&TTE directive.

Austria, Belgium Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark,
Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary,
Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania,
Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland,
Portugal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden,
Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
