QUICK, LOCK VISE

Locking: Push feed screw forward and turn vise handle clockwise enough to fix the material.

Release: Turn vise handle to loose, lift vise lock handle, pull feed screw back. (Fig 3)
 In large width material, lift the vise up by one step, and you can have 3,5cm extension.
 With a steel-prop shown in Fig 5, you can use an abraded cutting wheel economically. But the steel-prop size
must be smaller than material size.

CLEANING AND CARE

1. Keeping all vent holes of the motor frame free and clean, blow out motor regularly with compressed air.
2. Renew gear grease at every second carbon brush change, hours of operation. Minimum permissible length
5-6mm shorter the brushes must be replaced. (Fig 6)
