CONSTRUCTION AND USE
GERN PRO-series of cut-off machines are movable electronic tools to cut the type material. They are double
insulated tools. Their speed is reduced by a pair of cylinder spiral bevel gears. Their instruments provided are
reinforced resin bond grinding wheels. The safety peripheral speed of which is 80 m/sec. They can cut all kinds of
type material. For example, cylinder steel tube, abnormal steel, flat steel and so on.
These cut-off machines are widely used in the fields of machine-building, vehicle manufacture, chemical
engineering, civil engineering metallurgical and electric power industries, etc. They have the characteristics of
easy operating, reasonable construction and top efficiency.
Before operating the cut-off machine, please read owner's manual carefully to learn its application and limitation
as well as the specific potential hazards peculiar to this tool for safety.

SAFETY RULES

1. AVOID DANGEROUS ENVIRONMENT
Don't expose power tools to rain. Don't use power tool in damp or wet locations.
2. DON'T DROP OR IMPACT
You should inspect all part whenever you think the tool may have been dropped or impacted.
3. DON'T ABUSE CORD never carry tool by cord or yank it to disconnect from receptacle. Keep cord from heat,
oil and sharp edges.
4. KEEP CHILDREN WAY
Visitors should be kept safe distance from work area.
5. DON'T OPERATE portable electric tools in gaseous or explosive atmospheres. Motor in these tools normally
spark and then sparks might ignite fumes.
6. Don't operate the cutter without the protection cover.

OPERATION

1. Before operating the tools, you must check the voltage of the power sources and the frequency which has to
correspond with the voltage shown on the nameplate.

2. You must use the cutting wheel shown in table 2.
3. The wheel doesn't have a crack or breakage – for safety
4. The wheel has been kept for over one year, after quality check of the circle intensity, it can use.
