Checking
Disassemble cylinder head, referring to 5.1/1.
2 Clean valve guide, removing carbon deposits
with special tool No. 11 or No. 12,
3 Check bore using special tool No. 16 or No. 18.
Exchanging
Drive out valve guide using special tool No. 7
or No. 8.
2 Clean and check basic bore in cyl inder head.
See 1.2/4 for table.
3 If "repair stage" valve guides are to be fitted,
ream basic bore to next higher repair stage, using spe·
cial tool No.13.
