    SAGEM RT1000 User Manual _________ 1 Preface Welcome to use this fixed GSM phone, the SAGEM RT1000. In order to use it correctly, please read carefully this manual. This telephone provides similar services as a desktop telephone for PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network).

Make sure the metal contact is faced down when you insert the SIM card, then push it completely into the socket and slide the SIM card stopper leftward until hearing some sound.

The SAGEM RT1000 doesn't support switch from handset mode to hand-free mode. 6.3 Incoming calls When someone call you, your phone will ring, and the screen will display the phone number of the calling party (if supported by the network).
