Answering a Call

Answering an Incoming Call

A
Slide to the right during an incoming call.
When you get an incoming call while the backlight illuminates (except
for when the unlock screen is displayed), tap Answer.

Talk [End call.

Putting the Call on Hold

A
Slide to the left during an incoming call.
When you get an incoming call while the backlight illuminates (except
when the unlock screen is displayed), tap Answer Holding.
The call is put on hold. The other party will hear voice guidance
indicating that the call is put on hold.

Answer while the call is put on hold.
The hold state is released.
• The call fee is charged on the other party who has made a call to you while
the call is put on hold as well.
• If you disable the hold state once, you cannot put the call on hold again.
• You can put the call on hold only when Area settings is set to Japan.
Answering with the Message of Answering
Memo
You can answer a call with the message of the Answering memo and
record the other party's message.

e [Absence Memo during an incoming call.
Tap e while recording an Answering memo [Rcv. ON/Rcv. OFF to
turn ON/OFF the other party's voice.

Tap to make a call.
E Group icon
The histories are collected in a group when the outgoing call
histories/incoming call histories from the same party are
continued. Tap a group icon to switch displaying/hiding of the
history in the group.
