（1）Ignition Time Adjustment
If there is a wrong ignition advance angle，it will cause a series of problems,such as hard engine
starting ,power decrease,high fuel consumption,engine overheating,uncomplete fuel burning,exhaust
value overrun,short service lifetime and so on.Therefore,adjust ingiton advance angle firstly.
If ignition system cannot work well,check electrical ignition device,high voltage coil,ignition coil and
triggering loop of magneto and so on.
（2）Clutch Adjustment
Clutch is used to transfer power,so it plays an important role in transmission system.Adjust the free
stroke of clutch operation grip within 10mm and 20mm.For some motorcycles,there is a need to adjust
adjusting bolts of disengagement parts.
（3）Brake Adjustment
The performance of brake directly affects the riding safety,so it is important to adjust brake in order.
Adjust the free stroke of front brake handle lever within 10mm and 20mm and the rear brake pedal
within 20mm and 30mm.The adjusting method is the same.
（4）Electrical Device Adjustment
The electrical device adjustment mainly includes headlight and electric horn adjustment.
[1]Adjust the position of headlight up or down to change the distance of light radiation.
[2]Adjust sound and tune of electric horn.The standard volume of motorcycle electric horn is (95～
105)dB(A).Adjust the adjusting bolt behind the electric horn if the volume and tune cannot operate well.
（5）Throttle Cable Adjustment
The free stroke of throttle control grip should be 2mm～6mm.Engine speed increase or decrease
should be prohibited in this process.Adjust free stroke according to specification.This adjustment is
usually accompanied with idle adjustment.
