    You can add contacts to BBM by scanning their BBM barcodes. You can also add contacts by typing someone's contact information, by selecting a contact from your address book, or by using BlackBerry Tag (if supported). > Invite to BBM.

When you create a group, you automatically become an administrator for the group.
