    You can add contacts to BBM by scanning their BBM barcodes. You can also add contacts by typing someone's contact information, by selecting a contact from your address book, or by using BlackBerry Tag (if supported). > Invite to BBM.

    User Guide RIM Strictly Confidential Socializing with groups Create a group Stay connected with a group of people by sharing lists, appointments, pictures and more. Members of a group don't necessarily need to be one of your contacts; someone else can invite a contact to join the group. When you create a group, you automatically become an administrator for the group.
