NOTE:
After descaling the device boil fresh water in it
several times (approximately 3-4 times) in order
to remove any residues. Do not consume this
water.

Troubleshooting

The appliance does not function
Possible cause:
The appliance has no power supply.
Action:
• Check the socket with another appliance.
• Plug in the mains plug correctly.
• Check the main circuit breaker.
Possible cause:
The appliance is faulty.
Action:
• Contact our service center or a specialist.
Err Troubleshooting
All of the lights on the temperature buttons flash.
Possible cause:
The appliance becomes overheated after operat-
ing without or with too little water.
Action:
• Take the kettle from the base.
• Rinse out the kettle with cold water.
• Allow the appliance to cool for 15 minutes.
The lights of all the buttons flash.
Possible cause:
A fault in the electronics.
