I have a TC-318-10 skyline home remote programmed to 2 different lights in zone 1 and zone 2.
The remote reacts by flashing the red light when I push the house on but the zone 1 and zone 2 lights don’t come on.
I can’t figure out what the lights aren’t going in?

The zone 1 and zone 2 lights may not be turning on with the SkyLink TC-318-10 remote due to the following possible reasons:
1. Incorrect Button Assignment – The buttons may not be correctly assigned to the respective lights or zones. Reassigning them may resolve the issue.
2. Password Function Enabled – If the password function is enabled, the remote may require a password to activate the lights. Ensure the correct password is entered.
3. Battery Issue – A weak or depleted battery can reduce the operating range or prevent the remote from working. Replacing the battery may help.
4. Receiver Erasure – If the receiver was erased or reset, the remote may no longer be linked. Reprogramming the remote to the receiver is necessary.
5. Zone Commands Not Functioning – If using the "All On" or "All Off" functions, note that some operations may not activate all devices. Try manually turning on the lights using individual buttons.
Checking these factors should help diagnose and fix the issue.
