operate this equipment until you have read and fully understand
these instructions. If you do not fully understand these instructions, contact

    Inspection of Incoming Materials Each Nelson welder is rigorously tested prior to shipment, and includes a copy of the testing protocol. On arrival, the welding unit must be checked for damage as well as for the completeness of the parts within the extent of delivery.
