3.1.1 如果遇到长按电源键无法开机的情况，请先检查电源或电池安装是否有问题。
If a long press power key can not boot, please check the power supply or battery
installation.
3.1.2 如果电源或电池安装没有问题，如果有条件更换相同电源，判断损坏部分。
If the power supply or battery is no problem in installation, replace the same power to
judge the damaged parts.
3.1.3 如果开机后自检正常，但在进入应用主界面时显示"无打印纸" ，请检查纸仓中是否已放
入打印纸卷，并已抽出一段打印纸由纸仓盖压纸轮压紧。
After booting, if self-test is normal, but it shows "no printing paper" when entering the
application of the main interface, please check wether the printing paper has been put in, then
draw a section printing paper.
3.1.4 如果开机后自检正常并进入应用主界面， 但显示没有信号， 请先检查电池仓中 GPRS SIM
卡座中是否已插入正确的通讯 SIM 卡片。
After booting, if self-test is normal and enter the main interface of application, but showed
"no signal",please check the GPRS SIM card in the battery compartment if it is the correct SIM
communication card.
3.1.5 如果确认所有安装无误，但开机后自检不通过，或者通过了自检但进入应用主界面后出
现异常，或者已确认有损坏件，请取下电源适配器和锂电池，联系厂商进行维修处理，切勿私自拆
开本产品。
If all the installation is correct, but after booting, self-test is failed, or self-test is passed but
entering the application of the main interface is abnormal, or check the damaged parts, please
remove the power adapter and lithium battery, contact the manufacturer for repair processing, do
not disassemble the product personally.

3.2.1 避免在高温或阳光下爆晒，存储-20℃~55℃，使用温度范围 5℃~40℃。
Avoid the high temperature or under the sun, storage at-20℃~55℃, the temperature range is
5℃~40℃.
3.2.2 避免在潮湿﹑有腐蚀性的环境中使用，严禁进水。
Avoid using in the wet and corrosive environments. Forbid strictly the water.
3.2.3 轻拿轻放，使用时应放在不易跌落的环境中使用，防止摔坏。
