Installation INSTRUCTIONS

OPERATION CONDITION
1. Minimum supply pressures: 2 bar(0.2MPa). Maximum supply pressures: 8 bar(0.8MPa).
2. Recommended supply pressures: 3 bar on hot and cold water.
3. Pressure difference between hot & cold supplies: 2bar maximum.
4. Hot supply water temperatures, minimum: 50ºC, maximum: 70ºC.
5. Recommended hot supply water temperature:60ºC.
6. Setting range, approximately: 20ºC to 50ºC.
7. Safety stop at: 38ºC.
8. The highest environment temperature for handspray & showerhead is 60ºC. Please keep handspray &
showerhead away from heater, or maybe damage it and hurt user.

- Page 3 Fig.14. Position the shower panel. Tighten the butterfly nut(7) to secure the shower panel. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents on Kohler faucets and fittings. Install shower bracket(19) onto tube assy(20), referring to Fig.14. Fig.14 Reinstall the upper cover and the lower cover.
- Page 4 How to Install the Tube assy CARE AND MAINTENANCE Insert the tube(22) into the tube assy(20) ,Tighten the screw(23) with Clean Thermostatic Cartridge hex wrench(24). Very hard water can obstruct the filters on thermostatic cartridge and reduce the flow of water. Please clean the cartridge as follows: Fig.15 Shut off the water supplies of the faucet and open the flow valve, then proceed to remove the cartridge.
