- Page 2 Puma 200 Mini Bike Assembly Manual 1) Carefully remove the carton, take off the cover bag, loosen the bolts/nuts on the packing frame. Place it on flat surface. 2) Handle bar assembly: Loosen the locknuts, rubber rings & Washers on the below holder of the handle bar.
- Page 3 3) Front fender assembly: Remove the bolts, nuts, washers and rubber rings on the Front fender. Put the fender with warning labels forward in the middle of the 2 forks, insert 3 bolts to assemble the fender on the front fork as the following order: hole on the fork—rubber ring —fender—rubber ring—washer—locknut.
