If the filter and oiler are not used, connect the air hose directly to the 1/4 inch,
18 NPT connector located at the Air Inlet (13) fitting. Also, a few drops of
pneumatic tool oil must be added through the air line before each use.
Note: Use pipe thread seal tape on all threaded connections.
Secure Drill Bit
Before each use, insert the Hex Wrench (57) into the Set Screw on the Supporter
(45) and tighten to the flat surface on the shank of the Drill Bit (46).

Drilling a Spot Weld
1.
Push in on the Supporter (45) and verify that it lines up with the top of the Drill
Bit (46).
2.
Measure the height of the spot weld to be drilled. Turn the Adjustment Wheel (29)
so that the distance between the top of the Supporter (45) and the top of the Drill
Bit (46) equals the height of the spot weld.
3.
Connect the compressor air hose (minimum 3/8" I.D.) to the Air Inlet (56) on the
handle of the Housing (1).
4.
Turn the compressor (not supplied) on and set the air compressor pressure
regulator to 90 PSI.
