7.7.1 Description
If the EF (Customer Service Profile) is available the +PACSP URC is provided in the following cases:
CSP
• SARA-R4 / SARA-N4 - at the module registration
• SARA-R4 / SARA-N4 - whenever the SIM/USIM issues the REFRESH proactive command related to the
EF

For further information, see the AT&T Device Requirements [61].
The EF is available on SIM/USIM cards from AT&T mobile network operator.
