Tethering Settings

This function allows you to share your phone's mobile data connectionvia USB or as a portable
Wi-Fi access point.

Below are options for tethering:
 Wi-Fi tethering: Mark the checkbox to activate USB connection.
 Wi-Fi hotspot: Mark the checkbox to activate Wi-Fi hotspot.
Wi-Fi hotspot settings: Touch to set the name, security and password of Wi-Fi.

 Wi-Fi hotspot maximum connections: Touch to limit the maximum connections to
Wi-Fi hotspot.
 Bluetooth tethering: Mark the checkbox to activate Bluetooth connection.

VPN Settings

A mobile virtual private network (mobile VPN or mVPN) provides mobiledevices with access to
network resources and software applications ontheir home network, when they connect via
other wireless or wirednetworks

To add a VPN

1. Touch >
2. Touch .
3. In the screen that opens, follow the instructions from your networkadministrator to
configure each component of the VPN settings.
4. Touch Save.
Note: Before adding a VPN, you should type the password for credential storage.

To connect/disconnect to a VPN

1. Touch >
2. VPNs you have added are listed; touch the VPN you want to connect with.
3. In the dialog that opens, enter any requested credentials and touch Connect.
4. To disconnect, open the Notification panel and touch the resulting notification for VPN
disconnection.
