I just purchased the RG call assist 6000 and was previously using "call assist" which worked well for several years. I purchased the software for RG Call Assist and downloaded my recording by using a USB cable from call assist to PC, which I have always done. I activated "play" and the recording began playing. I then stopped the play; activated the "export" at the top; and activated the option to download recording onto PC. However, when I hit option to download file to PC the file does not load into the file area, showing no file to send. I don't know what I need to do to get file to download on PC?
