    Safety Safety GRINDER SAFETY GUIDELINES Before use, anyone operating this equipment must read and understand these safety instructions. Grinding Dust Collection Beware of hidden obtrusions. Use with appropriate dust collecting system. Watch out for hidden dangers and protrusions in flooring. If Velcro on the machine is damaged or worn out, replace before using the machine. If the rubber guard is cut, damaged or worn out, replace before using the machine.

    Operation START-UP PROCEDURE Machine must be off before plugging into power source. Power Cord Plug the motor cord into the handle cord plug, if not connected (Figure 6). Plug cord into proper size extension cord. Plug extension cord into outlet. Handle Cord Depress handle to relieve pressure from the plate to the floor.

    Troubleshooting Guide Problem Solution Machine is hard to handle Change to a less aggressive tooling. Allow wheels of machine to engage the floor to create drag.
