GENERAL INSTALLATION DATA CAUTION This equipment is designed and sold for commercial use only by personnel trained and experienced in its operation and is not sold for consumer use in and around the home nor for use directly by the general public in food service locations. The unit time and temperature are preset by the factory to the customer requirements. - Page 4 TEMPERATURE/TIMER CONTROLLER OPERATION SPECIFICATIONS Start-up: 1. Initially, for approximately 3 seconds the preset grill temperature will be displayed in the top left display. 2. After 3 seconds, the "Heat On" indicator will remain lit and all four time displays will fl ash until the preset temperature is reached.
