❖ Troubleshooting

Table of the alarms
In any situation of alarm or blocking the machine understand the cause referring to the following tables. Solve the
problem before resuming normal operation.
In case of block of the machine the alarm lamp
the numbered lights are to be blinking (1sec ON, 1sec OFF) depending on the
type of alarm activated.
Operations that must be done by assistance technicians
ERROR MEANING
1 Error caused by inconsistency signals
from sensors (S1 =OFF, S2=ON)
2 Flame failure error– The phocell
doesn't detect flame within 7 second
from diesel solenoid valve opening.
3 Boiler water shortage – Sensor S2
doesn't detect water within 120sec
from pump starting
4 Water tank failure- The water tank
sensor S3 doesn't detect water within
120sec from level shortage
5 Overheating coming from opening

1+2 Overvoltage from power supply (the
PCB works within 41vdc)
1+3 Water pump error – The water pump
works more than 4 min.
Note: During overheating ERROR the burner stays ON to
cool down the boiler
REPAIR
-Check/clean boiler water sensors
-Check boiler sensors connections
-Verify electronic ground at the feet of the water tank
-Check/clean water level chamber
-Verify water quality
-Check/clean diesel filter
-Check if burnerfan runs/ignition transformer
-Check/clean/ set ignition electrodes
-Clean/replace diesel nozzle
-Verity diesel quality
-Verify/set diesel pressure
- Check/clean boiler water sensors
- Verify electronic ground at the feet of the water tank
-Clean water filters
-Verify water pump flow-rate (set pressure)
-Verify water qality
-Check water mains connection
-Verify if water is present inside thetank
-Check/clean water tank sensor
- Verify electronic ground at the feet of the water tank
-Verify correct working pressure (pressure switch)
