This filter crusher is designed to crush one filter at a time.
Any attempt to crush more than one filter may
result in damage and is not covered in the warranty.
Do not operate the crusher without a filter in the crushing camber.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
1. Keep the in-line air lubricator filled with oil. (SAE 30 motor oil is recommended.)
2. Check the level of hydraulic fluid in the reservoir every 90 days. The fluid level
should be within 1/2" of the top. Use only high grade hydraulic fluid.
3. Periodically check the hydraulic line connections for tightness.
4. Periodically check the pressing plate for tightness.
5. Inspect the drain holes at the bottom of the crushing chamber and remove any
debris or restrictions.
