SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

- Use the appliance only as described in this instruction manual.
- Check that the voltage of the main circuit corresponds with the rating of the
appliance before operating.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall
not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
- Do not allow the appliance to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when
used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
- Keep the appliance and its adapter, charging cord and other parts out of the reach
of children.
- Do not use the appliance if the adapter, charging cord, or any other parts are
damaged.
- Do not operate the appliance with wet hands.
- Never vacuum flammable substances or corrosive liquids and only vacuum ashes
once they have fully cooled.
- Never pull the charging cord to disconnect the charging base from the socket.
- Keep the charging cord away from heat, oil and sharp edges.
- Never immerse the appliance, the charging base, or any of its parts in water.
- Always remove the adapter from the wall socket before cleaning the charger.
- Always turn the appliance off after use.
- Always ensure the appliance is turned off when charging.
- When vacuuming liquids do not hold the appliance with the dust tank pointing
upwards and do not tilt the appliance to one side.
- The voltage of the power outlet in the charging base is low and therefore not
dangerous.
