Select "Encoders" if not yet selected.

Click "OK"

Click on "Control panel" to configure the encoder pulses.

Select the "Encoder Configuration" tab and change so that
it reads as shown:
Type: "Intelliscope"
Steps (Alpha): "36000"
Steps (Delta): "36000"
Read Interval (ms): "100"
Mount type: "Alt-Az"
Encoder initialization angle: "90"
Latitude: "insert your latitude here"
Longitude: "insert your longitude here"
Form always visible: check this box
Step 6
Click "Save Setting"
