Wir freuen uns sehr, Sie in der Community der MODSTER R1 Fahrer begrüßen zu dürfen und wir sind uns sicher, dass Sie sehr viel Freude an diesem Elektroscooter haben werden! Diese Betriebsanleitung erläutert für Sie die wichtigsten Hinweise, welche es zu beachten gilt, hilft Ihnen mit Tipps zur Wartung und Pflege Ihres MODSTER R1 und beschreibt den korrekten Betrieb des Fahrzeugs für eine sichere und langzeitige Nutzung.

    Reichweite Der MODSTER R1 hat eine Reichweite von 12-15 Kilometern, wobei dies Richtwerte für einen 70 Kilogramm schweren Fahrer sind. Schlussend- lich ist die Reichweite stark von verschiedenen Faktoren abhängig. Die Faktoren haben entscheidenden Einfluss auf die Reichweite: Profil der Strecke (hügelig oder flach), Eigenleistung des Fahrers, Bodenbelag, Außentemperatur, Fahrergewicht.
  • Page 6 Betriebsanleitung MODSTER R1 4. Aufbau und Installation 4.1 Aufbau 1. Versichern Sie sich, dass alle Bestandteile des Setinhalts enthalten sind. Stellen Sie dann den Scooter in eingeklapptem Zustand auf den Boden, den Kickständer aufgeklappt. Stecken Sie die Lenkgriffe auf die obere horizontale Röhre der Lenkstange.
  • Page 7 Betriebsanleitung MODSTER R1 4.2 Einklappen Schritt 1: Drehen Sie die Lenkstange in einen Winkel, sodass der Klapphebel nicht mehr von der Schutzabdeckung/Sicherheitserweiterung bedeckt ist und drücken Sie den Hebel dann, um die Lenkstange aus ihrer Position zu lösen. Schritt 2: Klappen Sie die Lenkstange nach unten bis diese im Klappverschluss korrekt eingerastet ist.
  • Page 8 BREMSE: Überprüfen Sie die Funktionstüchtigkeit der Bremse. Insbesondere müssen Sie wissen, ob Sie mit oder ohne elektronische Assistenz- bremse (Motorenbremse) losfahren, da dies ein enormer Unterschied in der Bremskraft darstellt (siehe Absatz Warnung). ALLGEMEINZUSTAND: Überprüfen Sie vor jeder Fahrt den MODSTER R1 darauf, ob alle Schrauben fest angezogen sind und keine Bauteile lose sitzen.
  • Page 9 5.4 Verhaltensregeln Das MODSTER R1 ist ein elektronisch angetriebener Scooter. Neben dem Wissen über das Verhalten von e-Scootern und deren Eigenschaften bzw. Fahrverhalten ist es sehr wichtig, die Sicherheitsaspekte beim Fahren eines e-Scooters zu beachten. Fahren Sie mit Helm und Knie- bzw. Ellbogenschützer.

    Nehmen Sie das Ladegerät nicht in Betrieb, wenn Ladegerät, Netzkabel oder Anschlusskabel sichtbare Schäden aufweisen. Lagern Sie den MODSTER R1 niemals im entladenen Zustand, da dies zu einer vollständigen Zerstörung führen kann! Laden Sie den Akku bei Nichtgebrauch alle 6 Monate auf.

This operating manual explains the most important points that should be observed, helps you to maintain your MODSTER R1 and describes the correct operation of the vehicle for a safe and long-term use.
  • Page 16 • The MODSTER R1 is designed for the transport of a single person up to max. 100 kg and should be used for this purpose only. Failure to observe this warning is considered to be improper use and is at the user‘s own risk.
  • Page 18 Range The MODSTER R1 has a range of 12-15 kilometers, which are indicative for a 70-kilogram driver. Finally, the range heavily depends on several factors. The following factors have a decisive influence on the range: profile of the route (hilly or flat), driver‘s own performance, floor covering, outside temperature, driver‘s weight.
  • Page 19 Manual MODSTER R1 4. Setup 4.1 Assembly 1. Make sure that all components of the set content are included. Then place the scooter on the floor when it is folded in and the kickstand is unfolded. Attach the steering handles to the upper horizontal tube of the handlebar.

    Over discharge protection The e-scooter has an internal over-discharge protection. If the MODSTER R1 is in the off state and the battery is low, the control system will shut down to protect the battery bank. To bypass the over-discharge protection, the model must be recharged to re-activate the control sys- tem.
