POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Turn off engine, rotate manual lock unloader lever to the closed
perpendicular position. If air leaks out of air tank through unloader
valve, replace unloader valve.
Air tank must be replaced. Do not repair the leak.
WARNING: Risk of bursting. Do not drill into, weld or other-
wise modify air tank or it will weaken. The air tank can rupture
or explode.

Operate safety valve manually by pulling on ring. If valve still
leaks, it must be replaced.
Decrease amount of air usage.
Check the accessory air requirement. If it is higher than the SCFM
or pressure supplied by your air compressor, a larger compressor
is needed to operate accessory.
Check and replace air hose, if required.
Remove, clean or replace.
Move unit to a dry well ventilated area.
Clean or replace air intake filter.
Check belt tension, see Adjusting Belt Tension under
Maintenance.
