6. Taking Measurements

Measuring your weight and carrying out diagnostics
1. Press the SET Button and select a user number by pressing the
displays. The LCD Display will cycle through the user parameters and then display "0.0" and the selected
gender for that user number; the scale is now ready for use.
2. Step onto the scale with bare feet and ensure that you are standing still with equal weight distribution and
with each foot on one of the conductors.
NOTE:
• Do not let your feet, legs, calves or thighs touch each other. Otherwise, the measurement cannot be taken
correctly. The measurement result will be incorrect if the measurement is carried out with socks on.
The scale begins to take measurements right away. The following values appear in sequence:
1. Weight
2. Body fat in % (FAT)
3. Body water in % (BW)
4. Muscle percentage in % (MUS)
5. Body mass index (BMI)
Weight Measurement Only
Step on the scale wearing shoes. Stand still with your weight distributed equally on both feet. The scale
measures and displays the weight right away.
Auto Shut-Off
The scale will shut off by itself after a few moments of inactivity.
