5. Slide the two Long Extensions (6) into the Legs (1). Position the Long Extensions (6)
out to the maximum safe length (until the white line is barely hidden) and tighten the
Set Bolts (34). See FIGURES 1 and 3, page 4, and FIGURE 4, below.
6. Using two Bolts (30), two Washers (18), and two Nuts (19), assemble the Post (7) to
the Strut (2) as shown in FIGURE 4 below.
7. Using two Bolts (32), Washers (21), and Nuts (22), attach the two Supports (8) to the
two Legs (10). Note the direction of the bends in the Supports (8). Using one Bolt
(31), Washer (21), and Nut (22), attach the two Supports (8) to the center Post (7). See
FIGURE 4 above.
8. Using one Bolt (23), one Washer (24), and one Nut (25), assemble the Boom (9) to the
Post (7). See FIGURE 4 above.
9. Using one Bolt (26), a Washer (18), and a Nut (19), secure the base of the Jack (10)
to the Post (7). See the Assembly Drawing on page 10, and FIGURE 4 above.
10. Turn the Jack's (10) Release Valve (4a) fully clockwise and insert the Handle (13) into
the Jack (10), and raise (extend) the Jack about 1 inch from the closed position. Refer
to the Jack Assembly Drawing on page 8 and FIGURE 6 on page 7.
11. Using one Bolt (26), one Washer (18), and one Nut (19), secure the Jack (10) to the
Boom (9). See the Assembly Drawing on page 10, and FIGURE 4 above.
Attention! When inserting the Boom Extension (11) make sure the slot at the end of
the Boom Extension (11) is facing down, away from the Post (7). The slot is used in
Number 13 to attach the Hook & Chain (12). See FIGURE 5, next page.
12. Using the Jack (10) and Handle (13), raise the Boom (9) until it is parallel with the
ground. Then, slide the Boom Extension (11) into the Boom (9) and secure it at the
desired extension length with one Bolt (33), one Washer (21), and one Nut (22). See
FIGURE 6 on page 7.
