Refining DHCP server addressing

3 When the Static Routing Table fields appear, type in
the values for:
Destination IP Address: The address of the
remote network or host.
Subnet Mask: Assigns the portions of the IP
address that are assigned for the network and
the host.
Gateway IP Address: The IP address of the
gateway.
4 Click Add to send the values to the Static Routing
Table.
5 Click Apply to save your changes in the gateway.
Note DHCP is automatically disabled when your
gateway is set in Access Point Mode.
The Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server
can select and configure TCP/IP settings automatically
for every computer in your network. The DHCP Server
Settings screen lets you enable or disable DHCP
services. If you enable the server, you can use the
default IP address range that the server selects, or select
a specified range. You can also select a specific address
for specialized servers in your network, such as for e-
mail, the Web, and FTP (as long as the addresses are in
an acceptable range).
