Hold blade control handle against upper handle.
Lift handle to extended position.
Recoil
Slowly slip recoil starter into rope guide.
Tighten star knobs.
Tighten rope guide wing knob.
Starter
Hardware Pack
Wing Nuts (2)
Carriage Bolts (2)

Place ends of lower handle onto handle brackets.
Insert carriage bolts and tighten with wing nuts.
Use cable ties to secure cable(s) to lower handle.
Refer to Operator's Manual for instructions on attaching the grass catcher.
