Set-Up Instructions

Step 1
Establish court area:
• Stretch out the entire length of the boundary rope, one person should pull each corner to quickly square
up the court
• Secure spikes in the ground to hold boundary line corners
• The centerline of the court is marked on the rope
• To avoid accidentally puncturing a water line, be sure to mark any sprinkler heads in the area.
• Do not set up the court in an area where you may have a straight line between sprinkler heads.
Step 2
Determine Pole Placement:
• Determine the location of post anchor #1 by pacing out about 2 feet from the boundary rope
centerline
• Lay both poles near the placement location and attach the net. NOTE: a hook is fastened to one end of
the net.
• Attach this hook to the eyebolt on pole #1 then slip the net rope through the rope clamp on pole #2.
• Leave plenty of slack in the top rope for later use
• Wrap the stretch cords around each pole and hook onto the net.
Step 3
Position first post anchor:
• Establish a position on the ground approximately (20) inches away from the centerline on
the court boundary line
• Place post anchor with small welded stake facing center court
• Tap stake into ground until plate makes complete contact with the

• Slide sand paddle over welded stake and tap assembly into

utilities and/or equipment or personal injury
• Poles should be lined up in a general east/west direction
