function that mutes
the loudspeakers
when you connect a
transmitter
If a problem occurs that is not listed in the above tables or if
the problem cannot be solved with the proposed solutions,
please contact your Sennheiser partner for assistance.

Turn the balance control
left or right (see page 16).
Set the ST/MO switch
transmitter to mono (MO)
(see page 16).
Solution
Press the "speech intelligibility"

button
on the transmitter
repeatedly until the sound is
optimally adjusted to your
needs (see page 17).
Change the transmission channel
(see page 15).
Move the receiver closer to the
transmitter.
Solution
Via the operating menu of your TV,
check if and how the muting can be
deactivated.
Use a different audio socket on
your TV or use the MKE 800 TV-N
external microphone.
