The brush roller on your Shark Navigator NV351 vacuum may not be spinning due to the following reasons:
1. Selector Switch Setting: Ensure the selector switch is set to "Setting II (Brushroll On)." If it is not, the brush roller will not spin.
2. Vacuum Overheating: If the vacuum has overheated, the motor protective thermostat may have automatically turned off the suction and brush roller. Allow the vacuum to cool down before trying again.
3. Improper Handle Position: Step lightly on the floor nozzle and tilt the handle back to engage the brush roller.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, refer to the troubleshooting guide or contact Shark customer service.
