Step 4.
Remove the Panels from their packaging. Then mount each panel onto the Velcro strip on top of the headrail.
Step 5.
This applies to the Facefix Panel Blind.
Once all the panels are in position.

Attach the Pelmet Bracket to the Pelmet.

You can then mount the Valance/Pelmet to the top of the headrail.
