3.1 SHOUTDOWNS AND LOCK-OUTS

Blockage
If a blockage condition continues to exist after several start up attempts, the boiler will switch into lock-out (fault) mode. The boiler
can only start operating again once the causes of the lock-out have been rectified and after pressing the
Lock-out Mode
A temporary lock-out caused by an unusual occurrence in the boiler's
operation. e.g. The display gives a code of a blocked flue (code St9). The
boiler control will try to re-start several times. The boiler will start up again
after the blocking conditions have been eliminated. The shutdown codes can
be read out as follows:
• Press the two buttons
• Confirm by pressing
shutdown code "9".
• Press the (+) button. "Su" appears on the display.
NOTICE
The boiler starts up again automatically when the reason for the blocking has been removed.
