TELEPHONE USER GUIDE
PLACING AN INTERCOM CALL
1)
Lift the handset.
2)
Press the room you wish to intercom.
3)
Speak and the person will respond hands-free.
PLACING A CALL ON HOLD
1)
While on a call press the HOLD button.
2)
The call can be taken off of hold by pressing the line button.
INCREASING / DECREASING VOLUME
1)
Press the up or down arrow on the navigator button (mouse
pad device with "enter" button) while using the phone.
2)
During a speakerphone call the speaker volume will alter.
3)
During a handset call the handset volume will alter.
RAISING / LOWERING RINGER LEVEL
1)
Press the softkey button below the word RING on the display.
2)
Press the up or down arrow on the navigator button (mouse
pad device with "enter" button).
3)
Volume will increase or decrease. Ringer can be turned off
by this method as well. Display will read RINGOFF when the
ringer is disabled.
MAKING AN ALL-PAGE
1)
Lift the handset.
2)
Press the INTERCOM button.
3)
Press the button labeled ALL-PAGE.
4)
You will now page over all the telephones.
ANSWERING AN ALL-PAGE
1)
While a person is making an all-page:
2)
Go to the phone and lift the handset.
3)
Press the INTERCOM button.
4)
Press the button labeled PAGE ANSWER.
REDIAL
1)
Select a line.
2)
Press the REDIAL button
3)
The system will redial the last number dialed.
