Basic operation

Handset locator

If you misplace the handset, press

HANDSET

ANNC.

RECORD

LOCATOR on the telephone base. This starts the

paging tone at the handset for 60 seconds to

help you locate it. To stop the paging tone, press

OFF/

on the cordless handset, or place

CLEAR

the cordless handset in the telephone base, or

press the

HANDSET LOCATOR on the tele-

phone base.

** PAGING **

NOTE: If the handset is charging in the base,

pressing

HANDSET LOCATOR does not gener-

ate a paging tone.
